While on site I met w/Property Manager "Amber" on site and discussed the citation, notice of violation, mailing, Pima County Assessor. Walked the property and pointed out the various violations. Obtained Property Managers e-mail address. On 12/11/23 e-mailed the Property Manager the notice of violation along with a follow up date.
01/22/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Met w/property manager. Outdoor lighting fixed. #1107 fixed. Outstanding units to be fixed are 1109 and the Property Manager is getting bids to have the top walk way deck fixed.
07/22/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed 1109: Out door electrical , kitchen light and light globe fixed and added on. 1109 Kitchen cabinetry underneath sink base board replaced. 1109 flooring repaired, Roofing tile installed. Property manager is getting bids from contractors to repair the second floor decking and stairs.
