Building management had property maintenance check the roofing area where the leak was located within the rental unit. Management contacted Roofing contractor to repair the area where the leak in the roof is located.
09/15/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Completed WO#8669437 SOS vendor repaired the roof leak. Water backed up on the roof due to the down spouts filling up with leaves. The ceiling inside the rental unit was repaired by the occupant. When contacted by Management they occupant did not respond back to them regarding the repair. Pictures uploaded.
