07/23/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed On site with tenant and spoke to manager on the phone. Inform the tenant the windows appear to be single pane windows and they are sealed. Cannot make the owner replace the windows unless the windows are broken. When I went into the unit the swamp cooler and AC window units were both on. Inform the tenant that the swamp cooler and AC units cannot be used at the same time. In the bedroom closet there are cut opening on the wall and ceiling. The average temperature at the time of inspection was 81 degrees. Spoke to management and he stated the opening in the closet are open because the electrical contractor open the wall and ceiling to inspection the fuse box. The contractor applied for a permit to do electrical upgrade on the unit. Permit TC-RE-0726-04052
08/04/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Spoke to manager and he stated the tenants moved out on 08/03/26. Close case.
