RMIN / My unit is not sealed properly and the unit is reaching 91 degrees we have been dealing with this the whole year that we
have been here. The landlords never follow Arizona codes and fixs things when they feel like it and its always cheap and
non professional they gave us a really old swamp cooler that breaks down every two weeks and two A/C units that doesn't
cool down the apartment at all. I have been arguing with them all summer to fix my unit. The landlord dont want to make
anymore effort.
