The landlords never follow Arizona codes and fixs things when they feel like it and its always cheap and non professional they gave us a really old swamp cooler that breaks down every two weeks and two A/C units that doesn't cool down the apartment at all. I have been arguing with them all summer to fix my unit. The landlord dont want to make anymore effort. |
