There is structural, fire, smoke, water and possible electrical damage to the addition on the northside of the property. The main structure has damage to include smoke damage and possible water and electrical damage. TEP temporarily isolated meter from the electrical service. Southwest Gas disconnected service and pinned meter. Owner will secure property. Permits required for repairs.
