07/21/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed At both locations there was absolutely nothing happening. The restaurant was closed and secure with no one on site. The parking lots in the front and rear had no activity. The Hooka smoke shop had no patrons on site. There was no line outside and no staff. The parking lot was empty. The owner was on site and spoke with Aaron and myself. He presented his certificate of occupancy, business license and tobacco information from the State of Arizona. No patrons arrived while we were on site.
