07/15/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation There is a single-family home on the property, has been impacted by an explosion. The entire home was destroyed, TEP disconnected the service drop from the transformer. SWG disconnected the main line from the main. Property owner is on site and is aware the property is deemed unsafe to occupy until repairs are made with applicable permits. Condemnation. Due to extent of damage and amount of debris, the city has contacted the fence contractor to secure the area. A section of chain was left with the owner to utilize to secure gate for access as needed.
12/01/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Permit TC-DMO-0925-00196 is actively being pursued to legally demolish the remaining portions of the fire damage structure. Closing case.
