Property owner is on site and is aware the property is deemed unsafe to occupy until repairs are made with applicable permits. Condemnation. Due to extent of damage and amount of debris, the city has contacted the fence contractor to secure the area. A section of chain was left with the owner to utilize to secure gate for access as needed. |
