Small insects in the corners of the Unit, at the time of inspection, on shelves, in cracks walls, cabinets (see photos for reference). Tenant stated there was more behind the refrigerator. A notice of violation was hand-delivered to property manager. Property manager stated they are scheduled for this Tuesday, 7/22/25, for pest control for the entire building. Unit conditions are of that of ordinary life (not unsanitary where attracts pests), however small insects are within the Unit. Will follow up in two weeks after 7/22/25 to see if conditions improve or worsen. If such conditions remain will move to citation. | |

Tenant stated although Pest Control did spray a small amount, after two weeks of the treatment, pests , insects still reman. Tenant stated, they have heard the entire buildings for these apartments are infested/ similar status as her unit. Violations remain, moving to citation. |
