07/01/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed Met with Property Managers regarding complaint. They stated they just got the complaint this morning and AC guy has been contacted to repair the ac unit. Until this happens a portable ac will be provided. Met with occupants. Occupants in the process of moving out. They were recently evicted. Will send property management a notice to repair the ceiling above the shower, outlet in bathroom. Install light fixture in kitchen. Re-install cabinet door in kitchen. Install a fire alarm back into rental unit. Treat unit for rodents.
07/17/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Completed Property manager still working on making repairs to the rental unit. AC has been repaired. They will be removing the portable ac from the rental unit today.
