Met with Property Managers regarding complaint. They stated they just got the complaint this morning and AC guy has been contacted to repair the ac unit. Until this happens a portable ac will be provided. Met with occupants. Occupants in the process of moving out. They were recently evicted. Will send property management a notice to repair the ceiling above the shower, outlet in bathroom. Install light fixture in kitchen. Re-install cabinet door in kitchen. Install a fire alarm back into rental unit. Treat unit for rodents. |
