Also observed an electrical panel that was unsecured and it had evidence of homeless individuals are sleeping, smoking cigarettes, and congregating inside the active electrical panel. I contacted the owner and did not get an answer, I left a voicemail. I contacted TEP to cut the power to the vacant property as to prevent anyone from causing a fire of other damage to the property. I finally did speak with the owner and he worked with TEP to get the power restored |
