Also observed a large accumulation of trash and debris located on the property. Also observed an electrical panel that was unsecured and it had evidence of homeless individuals are sleeping, smoking cigarettes, and congregating inside the active electrical panel. I contacted the owner and did not get an answer, I left a voicemail. I contacted TEP to cut the power to the vacant property as to prevent anyone from causing a fire of other damage to the property. I finally did speak with the owner and he worked with TEP to get the power restored |
