Did take a shovel and cleared dirt around it. The object in question is not part of any sewer line or cleanout as there is no pipe in the area. Homeowner of 6049 did come out and said someone in a plumbing truck came by and illegally dumped this and some other materials that have been since been cleaned up. No violation, close case. -VM |
