122 pm - Walked into alley, the complainant came out of her home and directed me towards a round plastic like object in the dirt that had black oily liquid around it. Did take a shovel and cleared dirt around it. The object in question is not part of any sewer line or cleanout as there is no pipe in the area. Homeowner of 6049 did come out and said someone in a plumbing truck came by and illegally dumped this and some other materials that have been since been cleaned up. No violation, close case. -VM |
