Electrical service tripped on all 8 units. Shut down entire building. Require a Licensed Electrical Contractor to evaluate the electrical system. Permits required for the repair to the electrical system. Complete paper work and issue to property mgmt on site. All units posted. UNIT 23H electrical circuits at this unit tripped.
09/09/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Completed Rental building is still vacant. Property Mgmt. states the company is working with the Insurance Co. to get the building repaired.
