Took temperature readings with a temperature probe, is reading 96° downstairs, 98.2° in upstairs bedroom. Drywall repairs made in kitchen, were not painted. The countertop surface in kitchen is peeling. The stairway railing is missing. Light fixture in kitchen inoperable, tenant states bulb is not replaceable. There are cracks into the bathroom floor, floor is unstable, sinks in when you walk on it. Bathtub faucet does not turn on, tenant states she has to use a screwdriver to get water to turn on. Damage to outlet cover in living area by front door. There is an outlet that is painted over, has screws in the sockets that are painted over at the south east corner of the living area. The outlet did not test alive. There is a wasp nest with live wasps under a roof eave outside the upstairs bedroom. The metal security door screen is becoming detached from the door, tenant states she gets cut when using the door. Gave copy of inspection notes the property manager on site and spoke with corporate employee. -VM | |
