07/19/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation The office called that the AC is not working. Arrived and the unit is running and blowing hot air at the condensor. The tenant was not home and when I was leaving he showed up. Was able to check the temperature inside the unit and was cooling but had no force on the air being pushed. Was told that there was no compressor but the condensor was running so it had the compressor. Did talk to the management and they have ordered a compressor and waiting for shipment. Did let the management know that the unit is running but has no force on the air pushing out. Will check next week. RV.
08/24/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed The unit has been replaced with new and the tenant has no other complaints and will be closing the case at this time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
