06/18/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed On site with TFD, southwest gas, and inspector Slaiwa - fire caused electrical and structure damage to the north and west side of the house, as well as underneath in crawlspace. Condemned due to electrical damage at the main line from the pedestal. Spoke with April, the park manager, and the tenant, Nancy, regarding order to vacate. Leaking water line near the water heater was capped by onsite manager. Smoke from underneath trailer was noticed and something appeared to be smoldering. Inspector Slaiwa called 911 to report reignition. TFD came back and sprayed underbelly with foam from various angles. Ordered fencing for security around damaged area, Biff Baker arrived on site and set up 5 panels. Park manager is responsible for securing home by locking doors and gates. Electric pedestal was disconnected from unit by electrician used by park management.
