Condemned due to electrical damage at the main line from the pedestal. Spoke with April, the park manager, and the tenant, Nancy, regarding order to vacate. Leaking water line near the water heater was capped by onsite manager. Smoke from underneath trailer was noticed and something appeared to be smoldering. Inspector Slaiwa called 911 to report reignition. TFD came back and sprayed underbelly with foam from various angles. Ordered fencing for security around damaged area, Biff Baker arrived on site and set up 5 panels. Park manager is responsible for securing home by locking doors and gates. Electric pedestal was disconnected from unit by electrician used by park management. |
