06/04/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation 1212 pm - Walked perimeter of gate, the pool barrier is secure and in good repair. The handle on the southwest gate is damaged. Contact w/ maint supv on site. He states they are aware of the issue and will be repairing the handle. He has already installed a chain and padlock which prevents the gate from opening. There is no imminent hazard at this time. Will follow up to ensure repairs are made to the broken handle. -VM
06/09/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed 100 PM - Met w/ property manager on site. The southwest pool gate handle has been replaced and operates as intended. I also checked the northeast gate and it operates as intended. Violation abated, close case. -VM
