09/19/2023	COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial		In Violation	415 PM - Weeds exceed 6 inches on property, including the rear easement. Large pile of trash and debris including palm fronds in rear easement. Excessive and untended vegetation is growing in the street which would cause a car to have to drive into oncoming lane and obstructing pedestrian walkway. There are curb cuts and a retention basin constructed in the right of way with no permits. Knocked twice at front door no answer. Will issue a notice of violation. -VM
01/18/2024	COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up		In Violation	250 PM - There is significant improvement to the right of way, although some tree branches are still blocking the street and there is still some dead vegetation in the right of way. The pedestrian walkway is not large enough and does not match the site plan submitted to the City Of Tucson on permit TR-ROW-1123-01323. There is now an excessive pile of landscaping debris in the driveway that will need to be removed. The weeds in the easement have been cut and removed, and all the trash and debris has been removed in the easement. Called and left a message for the responsible party. -VM
