415 PM - Weeds exceed 6 inches on property, including the rear easement. Large pile of trash and debris including palm fronds in rear easement. Excessive and untended vegetation is growing in the street which would cause a car to have to drive into oncoming lane and obstructing pedestrian walkway. There are curb cuts and a retention basin constructed in the right of way with no permits. Knocked twice at front door no answer. Will issue a notice of violation. -VM |
