06/16/2023	COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial		In Violation	111 PM - Owner allowed entry into property. Inspected interior with TPD present. Interior sanitation violations exist to include partial blocking to egress, piles of materials being stored throughout the entire house, pathways to other rooms obstructed. Electrical appears functional throughout, water is running in kitchen and bathroom and drains properly. Did locate a small pile of unknown feces in a bedroom. Ceiling inside home has signs of previous leaking, drywall from ceiling removed in one area and can see light through the bird block vents to outside. Reinspection in 10 days to assess compliance with removing obstructions around areas of egress and pathways to rooms obstructed. -VM
06/27/2023	COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up		In Violation	120 PM - Met with owner and officers from TPD on site for 10 day compliance check. All items near front door and room on east side of the home have been removed and egress exists. Kitchen is an a cleaner state. The pile of feces in the bedroom has been cleaned up. Owner has obtained quotes for roof repair. Will provide a 30 day notice of violation for remaining issues. -VM
