Interior sanitation violations exist to include partial blocking to egress, piles of materials being stored throughout the entire house, pathways to other rooms obstructed. Electrical appears functional throughout, water is running in kitchen and bathroom and drains properly. Did locate a small pile of unknown feces in a bedroom. Ceiling inside home has signs of previous leaking, drywall from ceiling removed in one area and can see light through the bird block vents to outside. Reinspection in 10 days to assess compliance with removing obstructions around areas of egress and pathways to rooms obstructed. -VM |
