06/08/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Met with the tenant and it is the same tenant as last year for same issues. Did go over that they will be vacated this time due to having same issues. Was on site yesterday with no answer at the door but heard the dogs in the house. The roof leaks and has exposed plywood in the rear of the house, the shower valves need to be replaced or repaired due to the water not able to stop the drips of water, has electrical issues with the wiring exposed or sparking outlets being used, fans not working, the breakaways in the bedroom are not able to open due to painted or stucco shut. The rear of the property has wood frame storage rooms and not able to find permits. Has double key deadbolts on security doors and wood doors on the interior and missing door knobs. Will do N.O.V. RV.
06/23/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Found the neighbor and served him the N.O.V. to Vacate and posted the Do Not Enter on the front door and on the house front window. Did talk to the owner on the phone that he needs to move or leave the site. Did go over the issues that will need to be addressed and he stated that he was having issues with the tenant in the house. RV.
