MY INSPECTION TODAYS FOUND OWNER STILL IN COMPLIANCE, PORCHES REMOVED AND ALSO FOUND SHEDS THAT WERE ON THE PROPERTY WILL ALSO REMOVED. ALL C/E ISSUES ARE ABATED. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
06/16/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Met with the tenant and served the N.O.V. to Vacate on site. He will be moving out over the weekend. Did the posting on the house and the neighbor is not on site. Will come back to check for the neighbor. RV.
06/23/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Found the neighbor and served him the N.O.V. to Vacate and posted the Do Not Enter on the front door and on the house front window. Did talk to the owner on the phone that he needs to move or leave the site. Did go over the issues that will need to be addressed and he stated that he was having issues with the tenant in the house. 07/19/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation The property is vacant and secured with the gates locked. The roof has covering over the areas that need to get patched. The cooler has the pad covers back on. The property is cleaned and still has the storage behind the area of the side unit being used by the owner for storage. The vehicles have been removed from the rear of the property. Not able to make contact with the owner at this time. Will check in 30 days. RV.
08/23/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation The house is vacant and secured. The windows have been removed and appears that the windows will be replaced with new. The security bars have been removed and on the rear porch. The interior of the house is being worked on and not able to see what is being done. No able to call the owner. The was a complaint that the house was being rented. The Do Not Enter placard has been moved to the living room window on the main house. Will try and contact the owner. RV.
