There are also three dogs on the property. One dog was removed by PACC due to health issues. There is accumulation of trash, refuse, debris and dog feces on the entire property. The sewer line is exposed and damaged. There raw sewage draining in the back yard. Property still does not have electricity. There had been no improvement to the property since being condemned. City contractor secured property.. A citation will be issued to all unabated violations. Permits required for all repairs. | |

After inspection the property for multiple violations to include trash/debris in ROW and on property , accumulation of storage in the front/back yard, a multiple JMVs in the front yard, and two RVs that are pulling utilities from the meter. There are electrical hazards. Extension cords that are illegally connected to the electrical meter ran through a fence, under dead vegetation, across the ROW and connected to an RV on the street along S.Belmar. There was a second extension cord illegally connected to the meter to a RV that housed multiple people in the back/side yard. TEP verified illegal tampering and disconnected service. TPD red tagged the RV along S.Belmar which gives 24hrs to remove from the area. PACC was called regarding two neglected dogs. Home was condemned due to no electricity. Permits required is required for reconnect. |
