There are also three dogs on the property. One dog was removed by PACC due to health issues. There is accumulation of trash, refuse, debris and dog feces on the entire property. The sewer line is exposed and damaged. There raw sewage draining in the back yard. Property still does not have electricity. There had been no improvement to the property since being condemned. City contractor secured property.. A citation will be issued to all unabated violations. Permits required for all repairs. |
