06/27/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Talk to the management due to the tenant was not home due to painting the exterior. All the work has been done. The tenant did call and the work has been done and will be closing the case at this time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
06/01/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Met with the tenant and they have a hole on the ceiling on the second floor at the stairwell where water is leaking from cooling unit in the attic area. Appears that the condensation line may be plugged up. They have electrical outlets not working in one of the bedrooms upstairs. The AC is working at this time. Did meet with the management and they did place a work order. Will check next week. RV.
