05/16/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed Met with the tenant and the work has been done. The patches on the drywall are not completed but the tenant is moving out and the work will be done at that time. The water pipe is polybutylene and have had several breaks and the units have flooded that surround the unit. The repairs are being replaced with PEX. Not able to see the piping due to has been patched. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
