However the complaint of unpermitted uhaul rentals is, in my interpretation, misplaced. The zone is C-1 which allows for "commercial and other uses that are compatable with residential uses" and the allowed use of the property is a storefront according to the county assessor. As Uhaul operate its own businesses and subleases out storefronts like this for low impact rental uses, this meets that criteria.
