TEP was called to cut power and a permit shall be required for electrical reconnect. The debris shall be cleared from the structure to allow all doors to be able to be used for egress and hallways and pathways shall be cleared. A reinspection by Code Enforcement is required to verify this before red tag can be removed. -VM
