04/29/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed PAGE 2 OF 2 DUE TO ENERGOV CHARACTER LIMIT...Electrical panel dead front shall be replaced, two light fixtures corrected, and use of extension cords ceased. TEP was called to cut power and a permit shall be required for electrical reconnect. The debris shall be cleared from the structure to allow all doors to be able to be used for egress and hallways and pathways shall be cleared. A reinspection by Code Enforcement is required to verify this before red tag can be removed. -VM
06/30/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Completed Onsite for inspection of points of egress clearance, outdoor lighting repair and verify of electrical panel. All points of egress clear, all outdoor lights repaired no exposed wiring and electrical panel enclosure put back on no permit needed as electrical panel was not replaced, ready for electrical reconnect.UPDATE 6/30/26: ELECTRICAL RECONNECT PERMIT IN INSPECTION STAGE SP-NRP-0526-00099
