In the bathroom, sewage backup is present, and the flooring throughout the unit is warped and unstable, with soft spots near the front entrance and in the rear bedroom. Electrical hazards are present, including exposed wiring, missing outlet covers, and an electrical disconnect box without a cover plate. There is evidence of animal intrusion, including feces within the unit. Carpet tack strips and exposed nails are scattered throughout the trailer, creating additional safety risks. No smoke detectors are installed. The presence of small children in these conditions is of serious concern.
