Upon insepction of the proeprty from the alley, I observed two dogs of medium build that met me at the fence with water bowls in their mouth. They appeared to be neglected and because nobody answered the door, I reported it to Animal control to investigate further. I spoke to the landlord and expressed my concern for the tenant, the dogs, and the state of the home. He will go to the property today and make contact with the tenant, animal control indicated they will send an investigator to assess if there is substantial neglect occuring. |
