04/14/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Maintenance using 323 rental as storage. Fire on stove caused sprinkler head in rental to go off. Smoke, water damage. Electrical outlets in the room where overhead sprinkler went off and also by the stove fire were exposed to water. Each rental unit has its own electrical meter. Electrical meter was shut off. Walls and flooring exposed to water. Water moved into hallway and moisture in wall behind kitchen cabinets in rental 322. Titan Restoration Co on site to address the damage caused by the fire. Licensed Electrician required to repair/evaluate the electrical system. If electrical is exposed to moisture. Permits are required to replace damage electrical wiring.
