06/09/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Wood planking is weak and needs replacement. I spoke with the management who confirmed what I observed throughout the property; they are working to replace the wood planking throughout
06/13/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation I will be issuing citations for unit balconies 302, 306, 308, 304, 213, 310, 202, 218, 204, 220 , 208, 216, 102, 104, 214, 211, 212. These balconies are in dilapidated condition and are in need of repair. The management company was made aware of the damages and I gave them 24 hours to begin the repairs and until 6/18/25 to have at least three units repaired and a written plan of action with specific timelines to address the rest of the affected units. I also informed management of the permitting process and that they needed permits for all repairs. I had Tidwell and Morales with me during part of this interaction with the management. I also conveyed to the management that any affected units after 6/18/25, I would be seeking a court order to condemn each unit until the repairs are completed.
