Structure is located in the property setback. The perimeter wall is being used as support for the structure attached to the house and to the perimeter wall. Did make owner aware that a permit is required. However, he may need to get an DDO. But, this structure may not be allowed. Let owner know I will be sending a notice of violation for addition. |
