Owner states he isn't running a business out of his house. All the trucks in the street belong to him. Discussed the structure located on the east side of the house. No permits for the structure. Structure is located in the property setback. The perimeter wall is being used as support for the structure attached to the house and to the perimeter wall. Did make owner aware that a permit is required. However, he may need to get an DDO. But, this structure may not be allowed. Let owner know I will be sending a notice of violation for addition.
07/24/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Completed Followed up on citation status. Found the case was closed by the City Court and no notification what ever sent to our office about this change. Will re-inspect the property. Found the property to still be in violation. Will re-post the notice of the violation. Follow up in 30 giving the owner another opportunity to bring property into compliance.

Structure is still on site and storage is still piled up inside the storage. Picture taken of the property. Will send owner a citation.
09/16/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Re-check property. Property still in violation. No effort to obtain Zoning or permits for the added addition to the east side of the house. resending citation again..... 0010523.
