Deadbolt lock missing on front door 2. Front door wood missing paint, wood is rotting/exposed to elements 3. Northwest bedroom door frame missing, repair completed in a non workman like manner 4. No smoke detector northwest bedroom 5. Missing outlet covers southeast bedroom 6. Ceiling fan southeast bedroom wired in a non code compliant manner, exposed conductors on ceiling 7. Door frame missing southeast bedroom, cracked and damaged plaster 8. Holes cut into wall near switch, tenant removed drywall cover, new wiring dated 7/10/24 with no permits in the southeast bedroom. Wire tested live 9. No smoke detector southeast bedroom 10. Bathroom sink is clogged, not draining 11. Bathroom outlet tests w/ open neutral 12. Holes in bathroom door 13.
