04/12/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Flooring in school was lifting and outside building a crack formed. Interior walls showed some cracking in the drywall and the cement in the hall way near the water leak. Maintenance opened up the flooring to make an EMERGENCY REPAIR to the broken water line. A square/retangle cut in the cement flooring approximately 3 w x 4 w exposing the plumbing and dirt. Ground is wet, Maintenance leaving flooring open to allow the dirt in the ground to dry. Maintenance has contacted a Structural Engineer to address the cracking floor and building brick wall cracking. Permits will be obtained and will encompass the Structural Engineers recommendations to fix the flooring and structure. Maintenance states he will take safety measures to cover the floor to prevent potential of injury. Issue NOV Permits required.
