The excessive trash and debris as well as unsanitary conditions poses a health risk to any occupants. Due to the above listed factors, the structure is condemned and may not be occupied. Utilities are disconnected to prevent any risk of fire. Electrical is cut at the main disconnect and a City padlock is placed on the panel. Gas is off at the main disconnect. The dwelling shall be thoroughly cleaned, to include removal of trash and debris, and treated by a licensed pest control company to address the infestation. Trailer must be reinspected by Code Enforcement to lift condemnation. -VM |
