05/15/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation On site with tenant at unit , later spoke to the office. Pigeon service has been provided, there are no pigeons at this time. There is no visible interior damages. There may be insulation damages from the pigeons getting into the walls. There is visible pigeon waste on the exterior of apartment walls. Spoke to the office, they stated they will power wash that off soon and provide pigeon service on a yearly bases. Will follow up and close the case once they power wash that waste off.
