Yelled out several times into the window, there's an open window with window guard bars , "CITY OF TUCSON, THIS PROPERTY IS UNFIT TO OCCUPY." It appears no one was occupying the property at this time. Property secured at this time. Will follow up in 30 days to see if weeds are trimmed and debris is clean-up. Then asked for owner's plan regarding the property, with either repairs, demolition, or sell. |
