Was able to contact mother of owner regarding the property. Dwelling is in very poor conditions. Property is neglected. Carport and carport area, on the west side of the property is dilapidated and deteriorated. Roof has excessive damages. Yelled out several times into the window, there's an open window with window guard bars , "CITY OF TUCSON, THIS PROPERTY IS UNFIT TO OCCUPY." It appears no one was occupying the property at this time. Property secured at this time. Will follow up in 30 days to see if weeds are trimmed and debris is clean-up. Then asked for owner's plan regarding the property, with either repairs, demolition, or sell. |
