There are damaged light fixtures, and exposed electrical conductors that are not protected. New electrical circuit installed in non code compliant manner and is being used to energized a doorway patio light. There are damaged concrete steps and loose guard rails. There are unprotected walkway planks. There missing handicap signs, other posted handicap signs do not reflect development package requirements. The property does not reflect the last approved site plan for its landscape design near the office building. The running track is no longer in existence near the office area. The basketball court between building 8 and 7 is no longer in existence.
04/23/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Met with Corp management and confirmed the following: Trash and debris has been disposed near consistent location. Electrical light fixture has been corrected from identified unit. Protective treatment has been applied on exposed wood. Damaged step has been replaced guardrails have been secured. Waiting on scheduling to remove dead trees and new renovation to recreational court area/ walking path. Large percentage of listed violations have been abated prior to scheduled follow up in May 2024.
