10/24/2024 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up | In Violation | 851 am - Followup at property for upcoming court hearing. Found no work trucks on site, no materials in the rights of way or in public view. The sign previously on the side gate has been removed. Owner pulled up while I was on site. He states he has leased a commercial property for his business and and provided me with a copy of a lease for a commercial property. He allowed me access to view the side yard and garage area where equipment was previously stored. Both were free of any HVAC equipment, with a few supplies in the garage. He did state he parks one vehicle behind his gates in the yard that is out of view. Based upon this inspection, it would appear he is no longer operating the business out of the home. -VM |
