Multiple signs on building and fence for Dynamic Comfort LLC. There was multiple employees on site including one in a work vehicle, who confirms he is an employee of the business and does not live here. Said there was an employee in the office on site. Employee came out, garage is full of HVAC equipment. There is no permits or approvals for this activity. Issued Notice of Violation to owner on site. 30 days to obtain a Home Occ license and comply with regulations or shut down/remove operations. While on site, Fed Ex employee did arrive for package delivery for Dynamic Comfort. Multiple employees coming and going from site. While owner was arriving, a man and his daughter were walking in the sidewalk space and had to walk into the road due to this property vehicles blocking the sidewalk space. -VM |
