03/08/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation T.P.D. is on site with a vacant and unsecured house. Arrived and all the units still on site and removed several people from the rear yard area. The rear sliding glass door and the garage door in the rear yard have been opened where the chain and lock were cut. The owner of the property was not on site and was assaulted with the owner making the call to T.P.D. The house and the garage have been cleared and called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the openings secured. Was able to place the chains and locks back on the security doors and than covered with plywood. Did re-do the placards of Do Not Enter on the house and the garage. Did talk to the supervisor on the board and was given permission to secure and to place the property on the demo list. The interior of the house and garage with the rear yard have not been cleaned up and do a 30 day N.O.V. for the clean up. RV.
05/31/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed The house is vacant and secured. The property has been cleaned and will be taking back the warrant. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
