03/15/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Went to the site to post the N.O.V. on the front and rear of the property. The property is vacant and secured. Will wait for the date to get bids to clean the site. RV.
04/28/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation The unit is vacant and secured. Apprears that no work has been done to have the property cleaned. Will start to get the estimates to have the property cleaned. RV.
05/04/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation The plywood where the gate has been removed was loose. Did move the plywood and check the house and the plywood to the rear siding glass door has been removed. Still no cleaning of the property. Did re-secure the plywood on the sliding glass door and the chain and lock were still in placed. The plywood on the gate has been re-secured. The door to the garage area still has the chain and lock on the door. Will be sending the bids out to get estimates on cleaning the rear yard. RV.
05/24/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation The property was opened at the rear gate due to Acaidia was on site to have the property cleaned. Did go serval times to check the progress and than secured the rear gate. Will be going back tomorrow. RV.
05/25/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation The contractor on site and cleaning. Did open the gate area to enter the property. The warrants posted are still in place where posted yesterday. RV.
05/31/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed The house is vacant and secured. The property has been cleaned and will be taking back the warrant. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
